Use an IRC channel damn! It's easy and fast. And you can ask for scrims easily (if the team you want to scrim has an IRC channel ofc).
I advice you irc.freenode.net. Oh, and if you don't know how to set an IRC channel, there are dozens of tutorials on the web.
