Good luck, if your server has a good uptime you will most likely have people lining up to join. Just a tip, don't give too many people admin because although they might say they want to "help", they will turn out to be blatant abusers later on.
This, unfortunately, comes from personal experience.Oh and I hope you have a regular-BP server as well. Some players don't like UBP servers because it "ruins the game". Although, personally, I love UBP. Maybe I'll come on sometime
