The picture you linked is not an example of a 'isometric viewpoint', the viewpoint used in the game I posted is more akin LBA.

It's not an RPG, although it has some RPG-ish elements like an (good)story, basic inventory-style item handling and NPC interaction.

Could be although the jacket the guy is wearing looks a bit like an army or survival jacket which doesn't fit in the western shoot-' em-up games  angel
