I have to admit we did better this time as humans, than our first scrim.
We hit s2 as you guys hit s3 and managed to fight off a few rants and goons.
Me and rats failed final rush with a chiansuit and luci killed our teams credits.

it was a good game, your aliens won without your help apple. But on humans someone had to gaurd base anyways or I usually lisk/mara it.  

Just my opinion so don't start the flames.

for the record, i curse a lot out of the OPP server (BG peeps know). i even slip up on the OPP serv and get muted for it. it's a server rule. not a clan rule.

Yes bitch and bastard r considered curse words, But not by the fcc. We are mostly concerned with the f word, or other very sexually explicit words/content.

Also Our server our rules. We respect rules when we play on other servers and we expect the same. We usually give a verbal warning, maybe a mute.

I just want to clear up something. Twofacedrat brought this up a little while ago today.

Sorry about how I said I need to use the "insane range." There is no difference in the attack ranges of aliens there and the ranges in other servers. I was stating that because I do take advantage of the unrealistically long range of alien attacks. Often times, I get the whole, "YOU WEREN'T EVEN CLOSE TO ME/TOUCHING ME" argument for my kills, and that's because I've gotten used to hitting people at the longest range even possible for aliens like the goon and tyrant. I have trouble hitting people if I'm too close to them. I called it insane range because that's what the range of alien attacks in Tremulous really is sometimes, coupled with the appearance unlagged presents, example being the illusion that you hit them 20 feet away when it's because you slashed them at maximum range and they continued to run away, dying 20 feet away sometimes under the right, laggy conditions.

Sorry if that stirred up some trouble.

I missed the first match, and only heard it was a tie.

Second match was fun, and I enjoyed having a challenge from Zubs. Good game guys, seriously.

Now, I would still love to have a 3rd tie breaker game, and leave all this dumb thread flaming shit behind us.

Its impossible to have a perfect server. We'll all just have to compromise. That is the only way to have diplomacy. Both sides must compromise.

I'm glad you guys worked that out, because you've all been cool to me and I was refusing to pick sides. Plus, I'm glad there are at least a couple of good clans out there, still. Who's left on the North American clan scene now? OPP, Zubs, and who?

btw, did you look at that Carlin video? Total 70s flashback. I should've rolled some old gym socks into an album-cover-sized Big Bambu. LOL'd

P.S. I totally agree with the Our Server Our Rules policy.

Idea for a Trem movie: If you guys are gonna meet on a neutral server, that would be a cool match. It would be really decent if everyone uploaded their demos from one match: you might be able to edit one really cool video from that. If you had some free-spec camera views to add to it, that would be all the better. Not just in terms of us vs. them, but also like a Tremulous movie, where the key moments of the match were all captured in one edit. (Since sometimes a player is out killing, or repairing, or building, or respawning when say, the OM goes down, or the Armoury gets taken out, or the last player on the other team dies.)

Yeah the range is the same unless the server is running tjw 1.10  which none of ours are. I still feel different at there server but I can't figure out why. It might be in my head, or just the ping issues. I play on beergarden and feel fine.  I don't mind playing other places but playing at our home server feels perfect to me.  Which is why we take turns.

Zubs is currently the only clan that has gone against us and tied, I would love to keep it friendly and competitive. You know us competitive types though, we always find the reason we lost and analyze it, scrutinize it and try and fix it.

I am guessing someday zubs will beat us if they stick together, they have about 4-5 members and [OPP] has around 20(less inactive, more like 12+active). I mix up our scrim teams to give everyone a chance to play. It means we all get scrim experience at a slower rate. Which is the point of our clan, we want everyone to have the chance to play.
