Then you are doing it wrong. Take a look at almost any gfx mod pk3. Also the file has to have the same filename as the file you want replaced. For example, to replace models/weapons/blaster/blaster.md3 in data-1.1.0.pk3 you have to have: models/weapons/blaster/blaster.md3 in z-Firstinaction-blaster-0.1.pk3.
Yea man thats what I tried. For some reason it doesn't work.

xD it won't load, it has more than 1000 verts on a surface, and you got it mixed up. You had the files in this order: data-1.1.0.pk3 _MACOSX (Random stuff) data-1.1.0 Armour Configs etc etc
Inside the data-1.1.0.pk3. You need to branch the whole lot inside the data-1.1.0.pk3, like this: data-1.1.0.pk3 Armour Configs etc etc

I made this in 2 hours. About 2000 verts and it looks good. I think its the best rifle model I created. And this one has a tremulous weapon style too it. as I see the weapon models in trem have that back part that has a brown texture too it. I have that back part to it. Tell me what you think. And if you know the trem modeler tell him about it... Im not going too spend my time looking for him. I allready have. Cant find em. Whatever... Just tell me what you think. Just click on the image and it will get bigger... My next post on this channel I will post the same rifle but with arms on it. All I have too do is make something on the arms that will get the viewers attention like something futuristic on his arm. If you can texture arms please tell me. And help me out...

[/quote] I know that but These weapons are for me personally for when I animate them if some dev member whats the model then thats a differnt story. But True I could make some low poly aliens but The thing is I dont know how to make textures like that. Ok so I have been looking at gimp and stuff, but How in the world do they make it like how they are with all the textures were you can say o snap that looks like a cool alien. But all I can do so far is take other textures or just color in some part and make that into a texture on gimp... But once I figure that out then Oh yea You will see tons of textured alien models like this forum full of weapons made by me...

New rifle I made from a random concept for practice and I will probably add this in some animation I will make... Tell me what you people think... The weapon I modeled in the concept is # 5......... Feedback is much appreciated. I will need Gregsteins photoshop magic too texture the weapon...

Looks good, but you have to think of where the wielder is going to hold it. If you look at it, it's not clear where the right hand would hold the gun (for a right-hander, duh).

I agree. Kinda looks like someone cut a regular pistols silencer in half and stuck it on a futuristic pistol. But the rest of it looks great.

It's about as pretty as the aliens that held it so that's fair enough; they're evil so don't make many friends anyways. If there's any gun I'd like to try my hand at remaking from that game, it would have to be the laptop gun. I love that thing! <3

Ok. Most of theses rifle concepts would work better with a Pulse rifle, or a shot gun. Even a mass driver.
