I don't see any of those nicks on the old list

I didn't see any of these names on the old CY roster either.

I could honestly see this stirring up a shitstorm.

CY was one of the best clans ever, you've got some pretty big shoes to fill with a name like that.
I'd recommend using a different name and actually make a reputation for yourself instead of trying to float along on CY's.

There is no player of the old CY.

I'm a member of that clan. When the clan died I left the Trem, that 3 years. 1 week ago I decided to return, but there was no clan and thought I'd revive it.

How dare you recreating a clan in which you don't have any rights on it. You just made it for the tag, haven't you ? I don't think the few remaining CY clan players who idle on the #cy IRC channel will be happy.

If you want to revive a clan, revive a clan that match your skill.

Furthermore, I don't remember any Lawlipops from the CY's roster.

Ps: you forgot .Eye in the ex-players roster, smart ass.

Usually in order to revive a clan you have to have some affiliation with it. It seems nobody has heard of you. You have taken a tag(even the colours) that is not often used as your own, without the consent or knowledge of those that held it before you.

Not cool dude... It's disrespectful and misleading.
