I don't really know if this is the proper place to post this but...

I noticed this guy who I was playing with on Dretch Storm who had a modification where when he pressed a button sorta like a bind it showed his actual health or his credits/evos count. I was just wondering where I could get hooked up with this mod. I think it would help me scrimmage wise. Make it faster to tell how many credits or how much health I have and that I need help. Thanks!

Some servers have a command you can use to do it.
Otherwise it's a hacked client.  If he's hacking his client to do that, then you have to wonder what else he's doing...
(It is cheating, even if very lamely so)

Is there a way to like. Add this to my home server so you can type in a command and it pops up with that?  Huh?

I don't see how it could possibly be cheating. It doesn't give you any advantage what so ever.

Sure it does.  Not a big one, but one none the less.
It's a team game, and as any good player will tell you communication is key.  I can't tell my team mates my status without stopping to type, you can.  It's not a big advantage, but an advantage none the less.
